Eligijus Skrupskelis has been working on the East London Line project for the last eighteen months. His primary duty has been as the sites welder carrying out fabrication and gas cutting though he has turned his hand to a range of tasks including the installation of 200m of large diameter cast iron pipe.
He has proved himself capable of carrying out his duties unsupervised and kas been leading a gang of six men. Over his time here he has been a good timekeeper and a willing and able team member and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I have known Al for 18months as a welder working for WSSL on the Leadenhall project.
I can confirm that he is a man of great integrity, is extremely dedicated to his family and work, and is entirely focused on all aspects of the trade and his ability to solve rather than create problems, I would not hesitate to employ him in future contracts that arise within this company.
Furthermore his attitude and understanding towards fellow workers is second to none as is his time keeping.
For your information, I am the nightshift Construction Manager that oversaw all of SSWL operatives and managers for the duration of the 18 months they spent on site and would put myself forward to be a good judge of character

With reference to the above Mr Eligijus Skrupskelis, who has been employed by Darren Lee Construction for the last 12 months. I can confirm during his time with us Eligijus has shown true competence and professionalism within all aspects of his work. He is a gifted fabricator / welder and his workmanship is performed to an excellent standard. He has been reliable and conscientious worker and become a strong member of the team.
Eligijus became a strong lead man within the team and proved to have foreman qualitys in the way he worked with others.
We would have no hesitation in employing Eligijus again in the future and he will be sorely missed.

Mr. Skrupskelis has been employed by this company on the above project since September 2003. During which time he has carried out his various duties in an exemplary manner.
This project involves the construction of two 7.15m dia running tunnels 5.3km in length with seven cross passages. The running tunnels were constructed using 2 Lovat EPB TBMs whilst the cross passages were hand dug.
Mr skrupskelis was employed in the mechanical fitting department and has proved himself to be a very hard working and experienced welder fabricator. He always works to the highest safety standarts and has been a real asset to this project. I would not hesitate to re-employ him on another project and wish him all the best for future
